I am super excited as I write this as in less than 18 hours I will be enjoying Valentine’s Day at Epcot! It is a frugal trip for us as we are probably not going to be buying food at the park but enjoying a packed lunch and dinner. I almost have my day pack packed and I am marking things off my do to list in anticipation of tomorrow. My husband also bought me a new camera- my first dSLR!! So I will be snapping pictures like crazy at Epcot.
Since the camera put a HUGE dent in our budget, I decided to make my husband a Valentine’s day card. I am going to give it to him at Disney!!
Here are the supplies I used to make the card:
- EK Success Medium Mickey Punch, Mickey Icon
- Paint strips from Home Depot
- Crayola red marker
- Paperbillties Greeting Card- blank
- Black Sharpie
It was a very simple card to make. I just punch the Mickey heads out of the paint chip strips and wrote I love you on them with the black sharpie. I glued them on to the card. After I did that I thought the card needed a little bit more and free-handed a little design on the side. I thought it looked cute and I hopes that he likes it!
So, what are your Valentine’s Day Plans?
