Kicked Up Peas and Carrots with McCormick Gourmet Thyme!

Thank you for sharing!

Disclaimer: I received the items below in exchange for review. All opinions are my own, I would not recommend anything I would not buy myself.

I was excited when I got the pre-survey for this voxbox. It had quite quite awhile since I had received my last vox box and I was excited to see the surprises in store for  me. I have to say this box has been my favorite so far. I love almost everything in it. Please check out my previous post reviewing some of the other items HERE.

One of the items I received was McCormick Gourmet Thyme. I love cooking with thyme, it fill the house with such a wonderful aroma. Since I had some carrots previously prepped, I decided to kick up my recipe with McCormick!

Tips:

  • Make sure to cut the carrots about the same size of the peas.
  • Don’t add the thyme until right before you add the peas, you don’t want to burn it.

I can always gauge how well a recipe is by my husband’s reaction and he loved it! I hope you enjoy the dish as well.
