Brown Sugar and Beer Pork Steak

Brown Sugar and Beer Pork Steak

The first step is to mix the ketchup, brown, sugar, and beer together.

Then pour into the bag or bowl you are going to marinade the chops in. Let the chops marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chops in a 9×13 pan and cover with the marinade. Bake for 1 hour or until pork reaches 145 degrees. If you notice the pork brown up too early, simply cover with foil.

I paired these brown sugar and beer pork steaks with some rice and veggies for a complete meal. This was so good, my husband wanted to lick the pan. I hope your family enjoys these, just as much as mine did!
